Biography

Nora Han is a PhD student at the School of Law. Her thesis focuses on the EU's promotion of economic and social rights in bilateral trade agreements.

Nora obtained LLB Law from Cardiff University in 2016, and LLM International Law from the University of Nottingham in 2017. She acted on behalf of Geneva for Human Rights (GHR) at the 36th session of the UN Human Rights Council, and assisted the president of GHR, Mr Adrien-Claude Zoller, in providing training for human rights defenders from various regions. She has returned to the University of Nottingham in 2018, after being awarded a Vice-Chancellor's International Scholarship for her PhD research.
