The Director of Studies and Associate Professor at our Malaysia Campus, Stephen Doughty, has been awarded a 2008 Lord Dearing Award for Teaching and Learning. This is splendid recognition of his outstanding teaching, and in particular the development of the first two years in the MPharm 2+2 programme.
A Lord Dearing Award is granted to staff who are considered to have made an outstanding contribution to the development of approaches to teaching and learning. The bestowal of an award is recognised as a mark of distinction within the University.
