School Colloquium

A brief summary of recent statistics and discussion of barriers will lead into outlining some history of 'attempts to do better', with an emphasis on those relevant to the physics community.  This will look at both academic change, school change and, very briefly, at the work environment.  The challenge of making radical changes within the present constraints in HE will be discussed.
