The School is delighted to announce that a team of Nottingham students have won the UK selection tournament for the International PhysicistsTournament in 2015.
Team members Thomas Flynn, Jamie Johnson, Luke Matthews,Monesar Pherwani, Joseph Sykes and Simon Woodward will be travelling to Warsaw(Poland) to compete in next year’s tournament.
The prestigious International Physicists' Tournament is an an annual competition where teams from Universities in countries across the world meet to grapple with a set of experimental problems. The problems have no exact solution and the team with the best set of solutions overall wins the tournament.
