School of Politics and International Relations REF results announcement

The School of Politics and International Relations is delighted to see that the quality of our research has been recognised by the experts on the REF panel. A total of 44.8% of outputs (books and articles) were assessed as world-leading (4*). A total of 81.9% of outputs were assessed as either world-leading or internationally excellent (4* and 3*).

The school also prides itself on the real-world impacts of its research. We are pleased that 100% of our impact case studies have been assessed as having either outstanding or very considerable impact (4* or 3*) by the REF panellists.
