On 17 October 2021, Professor Irit Mevorach will discuss the new UNCITRAL standard for simplified insolvency regimes in a virtual joint judicial and academic annual session of the International Insolvency Institute. This will follow by perspectives from the World Bank, and discussions of domestic laws in the US, India, and other jurisdictions.
