Research findings presented to Int. Advisors at the Department of Int. Trade

Dr Reza Beheshti presented his research findings to a group of International Advisors at the Department of International Trade on 23 November 2021. In his presentation, Reza discussed various ADR mechanisms that companies are encouraged to use in their cross border disputes. In particular, he explained the nature and function of arbitration and mediation in international commercial disputes.
