Professor Derclaye was invited to give a lecture on the UK approach to copyright and AI at the Institute for Information law (IViR). She talked about the different provisions of the UK copyright act and the current UKIPO consultation on the matter as well as the Getty Images v Stability AI High Court litigation.
On 7 February, she gave a presentation on the Dutch copyright case law coming from her forthcoming book to members of the Dutch branch of ALAI.
