Digital Innovations in Healthcare and Education

Designing e-learning for health

Healthcare is a vast and constantly changing global sector; one that we all have a stake in. Therefore it’s vital that both professionals and patients not only have access to accurate information, but also to the stories and experiences of real people.

With this in mind, the Digital Innovations in Healthcare and Education (DICE) Research Group and Health E-Learning and Media (HELM) team have created a free online course for educators to help them design effective e-learning.

The course takes educators through every step of developing their own e-learning objects and translates real-life experiences into powerful e-learning.

By the end of the course, participants will have created their own storyboard and specification for a high-quality piece of e-learning, which they can then develop further after the course.

Find out more about the course here.
