Mozambique is one of the countries most vulnerable to the impacts of climate change. Its long coastline, dependence on agriculture, and high rates of poverty make it especially exposed to rising sea levels, tropical storms, and environmental shocks. And while national policies increasingly focus on climate resilience, one powerful force is often left out of the equation: children.
