Join Christy Shucksmith for a talk on the fallacy of democratisation: human insecurity and United Nations peacebuilding.
Christy is a PhD candidate at the School of Law. Her thesis, The International Committee of the Red Cross and Peacebuilding: Compatible or in Conflict? considers the benefits of an ICRC approach to building peace, grounded in its right to humanitarian assistance.
