Abstract: Precision medicine is emerging as a clinical reality due to the advances in genetics and the growing availability of health data. In respiratory medicine, biologics in asthma, antifibrotics in interstitial lung diseases, and immunotherapy are merely an example of the pharmaceutical personalised medicine options. An objective, sensitive, and reproducible that accurately tracks disease progression and response to therapy facilitates prevision medicine. How can imaging biomarkers impact the management of patient with respiratory disease?
