Technical staff show off their willow weaving

On the 12th December 2022 technical staff were treated to a talk and willow weaving crafts by Kerry Truman (NTU) and his colleagues. We heard about Kerry’s wellbeing journey and the creation of the ‘Techs Connect’ community. We were then guided in making willow stars and wreaths.

On the 14th of December 2022 technical staff came together for a Christmas social over mince pies and drinks in the foyer of the Engineering Science Learning Centre. There was great attendance and it proved to be an invaluable opportunity for an informal catch-up with colleagues.
