Academic Administration

Academic Administration is divided into four sections, each of which is listed below along with their respective areas of responsibility.

Admissions

Undergraduate Admissions 

  • Maintaining accurate data on UG entry requirements.
  • Receipt and distribution of UG applications.
  • UG Central Decision Making where this has been delegated by Schools.
  • Processing decisions and offers for UG applications.
  • Clearing and confirmation.
  • Monitoring and analysis of UG applications.
  • Managing the visa (PBS) and ATAS procedures for international UG applicants.
  • Determining fee status of UG applicants.
  • Distributing pre-arrival/induction information to UG applicants.
  • Identifying sector trends and developments in UG admissions.

Postgraduate Admissions

  • Maintaining accurate data on PG entry requirements.
  • Receipt and distribution of PG applications.
  • PG Central Decision Making where this has been delegated by Schools.
  • Processing decisions and offers for PG applications.
  • Receipt and processing of applications for pre-sessional CELE courses.
  • Monitoring and analysis of PG applications.
