Fees and funding for postgraduate students

The University is committed to making study at Nottingham both accessible and affordable.

Tuition fees 2010/11

The amount you pay each year will depend on whether you study towards a

on a full- or part-time and are classed as an international (also referred to as overseas) or UK/EU student for the purpose of fees. For up to date information on tuition fees please go to the University's fee pages.

You should remember that as well as paying tuition fees to the University, you will need to find living expenses. We estimate that it will cost you approximately £700 a month to live in Nottingham. This covers accommodation, subsistence, buying books and clothes and some entertainment. No liability can be accepted for the information on this page.

Funding opportunities

However, financial support and competitive scholarships are available and we encourage applicants to explore all funding opportunities at least a year in advance of the start date. Get information about:

The information on these pages provides basic details about funding available from the University of Nottingham and external sources. The University also has a funding database which you can search. If you have any questions, please contact us.
