My interests are image analysis and target tracking, and developing software tools.
Currently research includes developing image analysis software for the quantification of images of growing plants and crops as part of the Centre for Plant Integrative Biology. We use a number of cutting-edge imaging approaches, including hyperspectral and 3D imaging, combined with machine learning approaches, including deep learning.
I have offices on Sutton Bonington and Jubilee campuses.
