Scholarships

For the 2012/13 academic year, we are offering the following competitive scholarships:

Nottingham MBA Leadership Scholarships for UK/European applicants only

• 4 half-fee tuition fee scholarships to applicants for the full-time MBA programmes.

Nottingham MBA Leadership Scholarships for UK/European/Overseas applicants

• 3 half-fee tuition fee scholarships to applicants for the full-time MBA programmes.
• 1 half-fee tuition fee scholarship to applicants for the Executive MBA and part-time MBA programmes.

The Leader Development and Consulting Ltd MBA Scholarship for UK/European applicants only

• 1 full tuition fee scholarship or 2 half tuition fee scholarships to applicants for the full-time MBA programme

International Centre for Corporate Social Responsibility Scholarships for UK/European/Overseas applicants for the MBA Corporate Social Responsibility

For those wishing to study our MBA Corporate Social Responsibility, the ICCSR are offering the following scholarships for exceptional applicants for the Full Time programme in CSR.

• 1 Full Tuition Fee and Living Expenses Scholarship (at ESRC rates)
• 1 Full Tuition Fee
• 2 Half Tuition Fee Scholarships

If you are awarded any of the above scholarships we shall ask you to become an Ambassador to support and promote the Nottingham MBA.

The award of the above scholarships will be based on the following:

• Career progression and achievement
• Evidence of leadership ability
• Your potential to contribute to the learning experience of the MBA group
• Academic achievement
• The quality of your application

How do you apply?

To apply for a scholarship you must:

• Hold an unconditional offer for a place on a relevant Nottingham University Business School MBA programme
• Have paid the deposit of £1000
• Submit your scholarship application by 0900 hours UK time on 25 May 2012

No decisions will be made regarding the above awards until after the closing date.
If your scholarship application is unsuccessful we hope you will still want to study for a Nottingham MBA.

Other Scholarships available

Two open scholarships are available to students studying on the MBA programme:

• The JJ Salmon Scholarship - one £500 bursary is offered to Home/EU candidates with a background in science
• The Sir John Anstey Scholarship – two bursaries (up to £500 each) are available to cover some travel costs within Europe associated with the management project
