Art and Contemporary Visual Culture
My favourite module has been 'Contemporary France'. It was an introduction to modern French political systems, parties, etc. I really enjoyed it because a lot of what we studied had happened relatively recently, for example the Gilets Jaunes – which had been on the news whilst I was doing my A-levels.
