Mandarin Corner 

Admission free and all welcome.

The Mandarin Corner aims to provide a relaxed and fun learning atmosphere as well as opportunities for people who are interested in Chinese language to meet new friends, practice Chinese and develop an understanding of Chinese culture.

The events are led by NCI teachers or guest experts covering topics such as the Chinese education system, family life and peer pressure. In addition, taster sessions on calligraphy, Peking opera, Kung Fu etc are delivered regularly along with seminars led by guest speakers on Chinese Feng Shui, antiques and contemporary movies etc.

Date and time: 6:30-8:00pm Fridays, three times per term, term-time only 

Venue: A18 CI Gallery, Si Yuan Centre

Organisers: Nottingham Confucius Institute; Nottingham CSSA (Nottingham Chinese Students and Scholars Association), a student society under SU

IMPORTANT - These events are funded and organised by NCI. Please only reserve a ticket if you can definitely attend otherwise you will be depriving others of the opportunity. If you purchase a ticket and can no longer attend please ensure you cancel it so it can be allocated to someone else. Anyone not attending the event without cancelling their ticket may be restricted from participating in future.
