Environmental Pollution

We have a wide range of interests in both experimental and theoretical pollution science. These include: the prediction of radionuclide contamination transfer in the environment; the bioavailability and mobility of heavy metals; ecological responses to environmental pollution (eg. soil health); use of barriers to control diffuse pollution; transfer and fate of organic contaminants in the soil; application of phytoremediation to metal contaminated land.
