  • Launched by the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) and Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
  • Menus of Change is part of an ecosystem of the CIA through leadership initiatives for supporting the best possible future for the overall food service industry – including staying ahead of emerging, high-impact trends and issues.
  • It is a move towards adopting the 24 principles to influence health in students, staff and communities and the planet's health.
  • Benchmarking is done against the 24 principles using the self-assessment tool at the University of Nottingham and aims to embrace the 24 principles fully.
