This presentation centers on the work of Roshan Mishra in the field of museums, archives, curation, and repatriation in Nepal. It examines the importance of these activities, their impact, and community engagement. The presentation will illuminate the dynamic ways these cultural pillars intertwine, fostering understanding, preservation, and a shared connection to our diverse heritage.

This talk forms part of an ongoing partnership between the University of Nottingham Museum and the British Museum’s International Training Programme.

Roshan Mishra is Director of Taragaon Next and a Kathmandu-based visual artist.
