History Postgraduate Work in Progress seminars are organised by History postgraduates (both taught and research) for History postgraduates. They offer the chance to develop presentation and research skills, to share your experience, to seek help and advice, and to get to know your fellow postgraduates and their research.

This week's session has two papers: 'Romania, the UK and US during the 1970s: Archival Research' by Mihai Hotea; and 'Using a Non-historical Method to Study History: Language and Medieval Politics' by Becca Wheddon.

Tea and coffee provided.
