Environmental historian and BBC Autumnwatch

This year’s BBC live outside broadcast of Autumnwatch came from the Aigas Field Centre, near Beauly, in the Highlands of Scotland.

University of Nottingham environmental historian, Dr Rob Lambert, and Honorary Professor and TV producer, Stephen Moss, spent a few days at Aigas in July 2012 as personal guests of the celebrated Highland naturalist, conservationist and nature-writer, Sir John Lister-Kaye.

Rob and Stephen visited the beaver re-introduction demonstration trial and Scottish wildcat breeding programme at Aigas, as featured in this internet piece on the BBC Nature Features website published to coincide with Autumnwatch on BBC2 in late October.
