A Social and Cultural History of Occupation after 1945

Dr Karen Adler has been awarded a British Academy/Leverhulme grant for her project France in Germany: A Social and Cultural History of Occupation after 1945. This will explore the little-known social aspects of the French occupation of south-west Germany and Berlin after the Second World War.
