Nottingham Life Cycle 7 - support our children's brain tumour research
Help us raise £500,000 and give children with brain tumours a brighter future.
Each year, hundreds of children and their families are faced with the terrifying diagnosis of a brain tumour.
For over 20 years, visionary clinicians and researchers along with generous donors and fundraisers, have all helped make our Children's Brain Tumour Research Centre (CBTRC) into the leading facility it is today. Our experts have treated over 550 children and given hope to thousands more around the world.
With 10 children in the UK alone diagnosed with a brain tumour every week, more research into this disease is urgently needed. Please support us.
Our children's brain tumour research
Thanks to research like ours, 7 out of 10 children will now survive a brain tumour – more than ever before.
Yet brain tumours remain the biggest cancer-killer of children. Brain tumour research receives less than 1% of the UK's cancer research funding.
With your support, we hope to give every child with a brain tumour the very best chance to continue living as all children should - free from major disabilities and the constant fear of their tumours returning.
