IS Help

Information about who to contact for help with IT and Library facilities. 

 

IT help

IT support for staff and students

• Phone the IT Helpline on 0115 95 16677 or use the Self Service portal
• For student IT enquiries email the Student IT Helpline
• For staff IT enquiries email the Staff IT Helpline
• IT Helpline hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm (except Bank Holidays and closure days). Outside these hours, calls are handled by a third party. 
• The main student IT help point is located at the Cripps Computing Centre South building, open Monday to Friday 9am – 4.45pm, except Tuesday when it opens at 9.15am and Friday when it closes at 4.30pm
• Password queries - please check Password Manager information first

 

Library help

For support regarding the University's libraries including references, resources, loans and facilities

• Fill out the Library Helpline form
• Our Library Teams can help with a range of queries.
• Please refer to the Manuscripts & Special Collections information for our rare or unique materials

Telephone Services offer help and advice on any telephone related faults or issues and broken network points
