Hallward Library - celebrating 50 years of our arts and social sciences library

Keep an eye out in our libraries and on our digital channels over the next couple of months for freebies, blog posts, staff and student memories and more.

Explore the history of the library

Throughout August and September, we'll be sharing a series of posts on our Manuscripts and Special Collections blog taking a look at the development of the library from idea to official opening in August 1973 and beyond.

Exhibition

An exhibition of photographs from our collections is on display on Level 2 of Hallward Library.
