School of Psychology

Welcome to the School of Psychology - one of the best psychology departments for research and teaching in the UK.

We offer undergraduate degrees in Psychology, Psychology & Cognitive Neuroscience and Psychology & Philosophy. We also offer our BSc Single Honours in Psychology at our Malaysia campus. Applications are welcome from highly qualified candidates from the UK and abroad.

We also offer several taught postgraduate degrees and, as an internationally renowned research school, research degrees leading to Mphil and PhD qualifications.

Our  research crosses a wide spectrum of psychological investigation. Virtually all staff contributed to the recent Research Assessment Exercise (RAE2008), where the majority of our research was classed as either world leading or internationally excellent. We play a fundamental role in many University Institutes and Research Centres.

Studentships and bursaries are available for the best undergraduate and postgraduate students, from both the School and the University.
