One of my main teaching responsibilities is the academic development of first-year students. This is mainly delivered through workshops (e.g., how to learn, research skills, writing skills, and software skills) in C81MPR. I am interested in applying research from Psychology to learning at university (e.g., the testing effect, the spacing effect).

Modules I teach on:

C81MPR Practical methods and seminars in Psychology

C81BIO Biological Psychology (Neuroanatomy and Learning)

C82NAB Neuroscience and Behaviour

C83MPR Research project. Projects this year are investigating the testing effect.
