To book a large event in advance please e-mail : Sports-Events-Bookings@nottingham.ac.uk for all other bookings please see below:-

Bookings for all sports facilities may be made up to one week in advance by calling the reception of the respective sports facility.

Sports facilities cardholders may book the following :

Sports halls, squash courts, snooker*, tennis courts, 3G* and astroturf pitches

* Snooker and 3G pitch available at University Park only.

Grove farm playing fields

• Inter-hall and Society matches are booked in first and the remaining pitches are booked on a casual basis.

Highfields playing fields

• These playing fields are reserved for University teams. For further information ring the above number.

Powerleague 5-a-side soccer pitches

• The above centre adjacent to Grove Farm Playing Fields, Thane Road consists of 15 floodlit all weather soccer arenas, a licenced bar, changing accommodation and extensive social facilities.
• The Department of Physical Recreation have arranged to acquire the use of 6 football pitches for the benefit of students and staff at preferential rates at various times. Bookings may be made in person at the sports centre up to two weeks in advance. For full details of pitches available and booking procedures, contact University Park sports centre reception desk.
