Welcome to Nottingham

Throughout the year, the University runs a number of mini open days at University Park. These days are designed for visitors who missed out on the annual open days in June and September and provide a further opportunity to see the University.

Mini open days

Unfortunately our mini open days are now finished for 2015. 

Details for the 2016 open days will be available to book early in the new year. Further details will be available here.

The mini open days take place on our University Park Campus. However, if you are interested in our Biosciences courses, there will be activities on our Sutton Bonington Campus during the mini open day on Wednesday 28 October only, this does not include Environmental Biology, Environmental Science and International Agricultural Science and International Environmental Science courses which will run activities on University Park. 

Biosciences degrees include; Agricultural Science (Agriculture, Agricultural and Crop Science, Agricultural and Environmental Science, Agricultural and Livestock Science), Animal Science, Biotechnology, Dietetics, Environmental Biology*, Environmental Science*, Food Science, International Agriculture Science & International Environmental Science*, Microbiology, Nutrition, Dietetics, Nutrition and Food Science, Plant Science and Pre-Veterinary Science.

*These subjects will be represented at University Park. Please see academic availability for dates these subjects will be available.

On the day there will be a chance to speak to acacademicstaff with any specific questions about your chosen course.

Travel information

Keep up to date with important travel information.

 

Parents and guests are welcome to accompany you on the day and you are able to collect a range of information and literature about the University from the registration desk. Staff and student guides will also be on hand all day to answer any other questions you have.

UCAS Visit Days

UCAS visits

If you make an application to study at The University of Nottingham and are successful in being made an offer, you will receive an invitation to attend a UCAS visit day. UCAS visit days are exclusively designed for offer-holders and provide you with an opportunity visit your department of interest and find out further details on accommodation and finance.
