My field of expertise is in theoretical condensed matter and many-body physics. The main topics of my research are electronic properties of semiconductor heterostructures and nanostructures, metal and semiconductor spintronics, carrier-induce ferromagnetism in diluted magnetic semiconductors, and quantum, anomalous, and spin Hall effects.
