Jaspal leads the Human Resources team which offers a range of services aimed at supporting managers and staff in both operational and strategic matters. The team consists of four main areas:
Jaspal is a member of the University Executive Board.
Jaspal is a psychology graduate with a MSc in Human Resource Management from Aston University. She has over 20 years’ experience in HR gained in a number of sectors.
Jaspal took up the role of Director of HR at The University of Nottingham in May 2006 and leads the HR team and is responsible for delivery of the People Strategy for the University which has campuses in China and Malaysia.
Jaspal is also Chair of the Universitas 21 HR Group and a member of the Clinical Academic Staff Advisory Group.
