Nicola is an experienced HE professional, with significant previous positions at Aston University and ASET, the work based and placement learning association. At Aston, Nicola led the placements programme for the Business School, a global programme of compulsory placements for undergraduates. At ASET, as Learning and Development Advisor, Nicola led on the continuing professional development offer for members, researching, writing, designing and delivering workshops on a wide range of placements and WBL themes for academics and professional services staff involved in supporting placements. Nicola is a passionate advocate for the advancement of placements within the sector.
