Nottingham's MSc International Business ranks Top 20 in 2024 QS International Trade Rankings

Black background with orange circle and graphicsIn the second edition of the QS International Trade Rankings published on 22 May 2024, Nottingham University Business School’s MSc International Business is among the top twenty, ranking 18 overall in a list of 73 leading global institutions.

The QS 2024 International Trade Rankings, in partnership with the Hinrich Foundation, measure the top global business and trade masters programmes that offer cross-border trade education.

The ranking focuses on trade-related course content, innovative teaching, and job prospects to help students find programmes that will advance their careers and help companies find skilled talent. The list includes 73 global institutions, 46 in Europe, and 15 in the UK.

Among UK business schools included in the ranking, Nottingham scored highly on the key measures of:

  • Innovative Teaching (4)
  • Research Impact (4)
  • Industry Engagement (7)
  • Graduate Outcomes (9)

Alongside its MSc International Business course, Nottingham University Business School offers digital qualifications by Microsoft and SAP to develop the digital skills that employers look for. The one-year, full-time MSc course is designed for students without a first degree in business or management and the business school runs the programme at its campuses in both the UK and China.

QS partnered with Asia-based philanthropic organisation, The Hinrich Foundation, to ensure the relevancy of its ranking criteria by drawing on its rich expertise in trade. QS also sought input from a panel of trade professionals and graduate-level professors of practice.
