Prior to joining the University of Nottingham in 2019, Paul worked in Operational Excellence/ Lean consultancy in a variety of locations and types of work.

Areas of Expertise
Paul's expertise is in operational leadership, lean and business change and he has a passionate interest in coaching and developing people and teams.
He is a Chartered Engineer, having worked in an international engineering consultancy for many years where he led a large technical department.
