Juliana is an interdisciplinary researcher specialising in sustainable development and public policy, with particular focus on social justice and space law and policy. With a background in applied social science and extensive cross-sector experience, she brings a collaborative, impact-oriented approach to research, policy engagement, and knowledge exchange.
Over the past decade, Juliana has worked with a range of public and third-sector organisations in both the UK and the US. Her work has influenced national policy discussions, institutional practices, and ethical research standards, and she is regularly invited to speak at public sector conferences and advisory meetings. Juliana enjoys using creative and participatory methods to bring out nuance and depth in academic inquiry, ensuring her research remains both rigorous and relevant to real-world challenges.
Juliana holds a PhD from the University of Nottingham, as well as an MA and AKC from King’s College London.
