Andy is the Managing Director of a technology startup business, which has developed a new way of measuring the customer experience (CX). Experience Analytics provides an enterprise level CX model, dashboard and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to help companies improve insight and develop competitive advantage using CX.
He has 20+ years' experience leading strategy and business development with blue chip companies, including Lockheed Martin, Capgemini, Accenture and Babcock achieving career sales of over £500 million. Andy has predominantly worked in Technology, Systems Integration and Engineering support programme environments and over the last 5 years he has been deployed by FTSE100 companies as a strategic consultant and often as a 'trouble shooter' to support under-performing business units to achieve targets and to develop strategic thinking within teams.
