Altricia's research area is operations management, with an interest in healthcare operations and behavioural operations. Prior to joining Nottingham University Business School, Altricia completed a Research Fellowship at Warwick Business School that assessed the outcome of a lean process improvement partnership between the NHS and a healthcare improvement organisation.
