My research is dominated by two themes. I am particularly interested in the intersection of the two themes, and one example is the project on the role of internationalization in explaining innovation performance.

Current projects include spillover effects of foreign direct investment, antecedents and performance implications of internationalization by emerging market enterprises, and antecedents and performance implications of R&D internationalization
