Hang Le is an Associate Professor in Finance. Her research is in the area of corporate finance, in particular corporate diversification, corporate investment policies, insider trading, and corporate restructuring. She has published in a number of leading journals including British Journal of Management, Financial Review, European Financial Management and European Journal of Finance. She has acted as a reviewer for various journals, publishers and funding bodies.

She is also an external examiner for the Accounting and Finance UG Programmes at University of Bath Management School.

Research Interests
Corporate diversification, Corporate investment policies, Insider trading, and Corporate restructuring.

Current Research Activities
My research is in the area of corporate finance. I welcome PhD applications in the areas of corporate diversification, investment, insider trading and corporate restructuring.

I have acted as reviewer for British Journal of Management, Journal of Banking and Finance, Journal of International Business Studies, International Business Review, Journal of Comparative Economics, Managerial and Decision Economics, Journal of Economics and Business, Journal of Policy Modelling, Economic Issue, Omega: The International Journal of Management Science, The Academy of International Business (AIB) Annual Conference.

I have also acted as book reviewer for Oxford University Press, McGraw-Hill Education, Pearson Education,

I have also reviewed funding applications for The Leverhulme Trust and The Social Sciences and Humanity Research Council of Canada.
