Dr. Ja Ryong Kim, CFA, specialises in Financial Analysis, researching it and teaching undergraduates and postgraduates since 2014. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), ACCA affiliate, and Microsoft-certified Data Analyst. He obtained his PhD of Financial Analysis at the University of Edinburgh in 2015. His research interest lies in financial analysis, technology and climate change.

He has published several international-level academic journal articles, such as in Technology Forecasting and Social Changes and Quarterly Review of Economics and Finance. He also regularly reviews academic manuscripts for international-level academic journals, such as Accounting and Business Research, British Accounting Review, Business Ethics: A European Review, Journal of Financial Reporting and Accounting, and Risk Governance and Control.
