Description
0102 - Rebecca Jeffery, The Apprentice and Beyond - 16x9 Final

Rebecca Jeffery, Entrepreneur and Arts graduate, talks about how transferable her undergraduate skills were to a career in Marketing.

The former American and Canadian Studies student (2006 graduate) and 2016 Apprentice candidate, set up her own successful marketing and design agency with her sister Fi in 2013. Starting their business over a pot of tea and two laptops with no funding or financial loans just over three years ago, the two sisters have grown Fi & Becs Design & Marketing into a profitable business which now works with over 120 clients across the UK, Germany, China, Ireland, Canada and the USA.

Becs is known for being chatty, business-minded and full of enthusiasm so this will be an interesting (and honest) talk about her career in marketing, starting her own business and the challenges she faced along the way. If you have an interest in marketing, love The Apprentice and want to hear first hand how to grow a successful start-up business with an arts degree background please join us.

Free, all welcome and refreshments provided.  Please register via: www.apprentice-and-beyond.eventbrite.co.uk
