Congratulations to Elliot Newbold, PhD student in American and Canadian Studies, who has been awarded a $2000 grant from the Harry S. Truman Presidential Library. The award is to further his PhD research on Cold War public diplomacy in the Philippines, and will pay for a trip to the MidWest in June to work at the library for two weeks.
