As 2019 is the tenth anniversary of health-care reform plan unveiled in 2009, it is important for the academic community to evaluate the progress of health-care reform in China. In particular, there is a widespread public concern over whether the health care system in China can cope with a host of challenging issues arising from the increasing burden of non-communicable disease and population ageing.
This two-day conference is organised by the School of Economics and the Centre for Health Economics at University of Nottingham Ningbo China with support from Nottingham Confucius Institute and its Ningbo Branch.
