In readiness for the next academic year, make note of some key dates and information to look out for. You’ll receive more detailed information about the below in due course.

July

Spring assessment results will be available on Blue Castle from Monday 14 July 2025. Please ensure that you check your progression information even if you are aware of your overall results, in case you need to retake any assessments.

August

Late summer resits

Following your progression or award decision, late summer resits will take place from Monday 18 to Saturday 30 August 2025.

Registration

We will contact you on your university email address inviting you to re-register for the 2025/26 academic session, unless you are undertaking reassessments over the summer.

Complete your online registration as soon as possible, and at least 3-5 working days before the start of term, to ensure that you receive your student loan on the date that your course restarts. Completion any time after that will take approximately 3-5 working days from the date you re-register. Failure to register by the deadline (two weeks after your start date) will result in your record being suspended.

September

Teaching timetable

Your individual teaching timetable for the Autumn term will be released on Monday 1 September 2025.

You will be able to view this on the ‘Teaching & exam timetables’ tile on the MyNottingham app, through MyCal and Exchange Connector integrated calendar services, or the master online timetables on the Student Services webpage.

Module enrolment

The pre-module enrolment period for the next academic year has now closed. However, you will have another opportunity to make amendments to your module choices from Monday 15 to Monday 22 September and then again from Monday 29 September to Wednesday 8 October 2025.

Remember that the earlier you complete your module change of mind, the earlier you can access all of your modules on Moodle and receive your completed teaching timetable.

Autumn term

The Autumn term will begin on Monday 22 September and run to Friday 12 December 2025.
