This event will take place in person and is intended to help prepare students for their exchange by providing information on health, finance, careers and other practical matters.

Programme
This year's pre-departure conference will take place over two days: Wednesday 15 and Thursday 16 May. It will consist of a series of presentations, workshops and networking opportunities.
The programme of activities is below and includes details of when and where each activity will take place. To register your interest in attending a session you must register through the booking form and you will receive a calendar invite to confirm your registration.
Key presentations will be recorded and will be found on Moodle so you can access them at any point after they have been made available.
