Theoretical and experimental research interests in the areas of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics and heat transfer including: Advanced thermally powered refrigeration cycles; hybrid absorption and adsorption and jet-pump. Thermal ice storage - freezing and melting phenomena. Desalination. Flow entrainment; experimental testing of supersonic steam-steam ejectors for process applications, jet entrainment for tunnel ventilation on flue flows. Compact film evaporators and absorbers. Modelling of thermodynamic cycles and processes
