The Internal Communications team are responsible for leading communications and engagement with the university's 50,000 staff and students. The team is the first point of contact for advice on strategy, planning and delivery for internal messaging and campaigns.
We manage content for a number of digital and social channels, including central events listings. We're currently dealing with a large number of requests to upload content to these channels, and are working to a minimum seven-day turnaround on requests. Thanks for your patience.
Update: Hopper bus and till screen process
Following a trial period, we are introducing a new a process for requesting slides to be included on our hopper buses and retail outlets. To meet the requirements and be displayed on these platforms, screens must be:
- exported in 1280x720 pixels JPEG or PNG formats (any other size will continue to not be accepted)
- emailed to our team by the 5th of each month and be relevant for display until at least the 5th of the following month
- approved by our brand team
